How to Make a Complaint

A neat home in Dublin with a freshly finished shingle roof on a clear day

Last updated: October 2026

Kickedchange Roofing wants each homeowner who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to raise a concern and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when calling or contacting Kickedchange Roofing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

When the Issue Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work, warranties and customer service. If there is a problem with work on your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Kickedchange Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@kickedchange.living and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Afterward we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not settle things, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed providers, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
