Who We Are

Kickedchange Roofing is a referral service for homeowners across the Dublin area. When a roof problem shows up, we help you reach independent local roofing providers who can take a look. We are not a roofing company. We do not send crews, carry ladders or do the work.

Why We Exist

A roof problem rarely arrives at a good time. In this region it often shows up after a hard freeze, during spring snowmelt or after a coastal storm. Many homes are older, with full basements, stone or block foundations and roof lines that have seen decades of weather. Searching for a contractor while water drips into a bucket is stressful.

So we keep it simple. You share what is going on, and we point you toward a provider in our network. Then we step back.

How Providers Are Matched

You tell us about your home and your roof. We look for a provider that serves Dublin or a nearby community and handles the kind of job you describe. The provider then contacts you or takes your call, inspects the roof and gives you a written quote.

Matching is based on area and type of work. It is not a ranking, and it is not a promise about price or schedule.

What We Ask of Providers

Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:

• Hold the licenses and insurance that local rules require
• Inspect the roof before quoting
• Give clear written quotes that name the materials and the scope of work
• Treat homeowners politely and answer questions plainly
• Stand behind their own work and explain any warranty in writing

Please still ask for proof of license and insurance. It is a normal request, and a good provider will not mind.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not repair, replace or install roofs. Providers do.
• We do not set prices or write your quote.
• We do not sign your contract. Your agreement is with the provider.
• We do not promise what an insurance company will pay. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy.

How We Are Paid

Providers in our network may pay a referral fee when we connect them with a homeowner. Kickedchange Roofing does not charge you for the introduction. We ask that you compare quotes and choose the provider you feel comfortable with, and we encourage you to get every price in writing.

After the Roof Is Done

Our view is simple: fix it, then protect it. Once the work is finished, ask your provider what to watch for. Most roofs benefit from a few easy habits:

• Clear gutters in fall so melting snow can drain
• Look at the roof from the ground after big storms
• Check the attic for damp spots or frost each winter
• Keep tree limbs trimmed back from the roof
